*When you subscribe to a membership, you agree to a long term commitment of at least 6 months. In exchange of your commitment, you are getting a discounted price from the regular price.
*Your membership gives you access to a session (or two if you signed up for couple’s membership) that can be used within the next month after your payment has been processed. For example: you paid on the 10th of January so ideally, you can schedule your appointment from that day until February 9th.
*If you did not use your monthly session, it can be rolled over to the next month.
*Pausing a membership is possible ( for example long term traveling involved (over 2 months), sickness that will prevent you getting a massage for over a month, other special circumstances, please email us) . Please send an email to request a pause in your membership.
*Pausing a membership for over three months will result in cancellation of the membership. In that case, you are welcome to schedule appointments at the regular rate.
*Cancelling appointments less than 24hrs counts towards session used (forfeits the number of sessions originally scheduled. If you booked 2 appointments and cancel same day, you forfeit both). Please plan your appointments accordingly since you are reserving a time exclusively for you. Thank you for your consideration.
*Family and friends can be used as gifted sessions as long as their within serviceable areas.

These memberships were created as a big “thank you for being a loyal client” not to tie you in a contract you are not happy with.
