What kind of massage session should I choose?
That will depend on different factors. A 60-minute massage session is recommended for one to two areas of concern. In case you’d like detailed work on more than two areas (or if you have had a 90-minute session before and it seems like the best option) then choose a 90-minute session. What options are offered if I’d like to gift a massage?
For your convenience, we offer easy to order mobile massage gift cards. You will receive an email right after your order with the gift card information.
You can choose to deliver the gift card directly to the recipient’s email and it will show it is a gift from you along with your written message. Another option is to select “send this card to myself” so you can print the gift card confirmation email and gift it to the recipient in person. Please keep in mind that a mobile massage gift card keeps its paid value which might not be equivalent to the cost of the services offered. What should I wear during my massage appointment?
Some people keep undergarments or shorts while others prefer to completely undress. The best option is to choose something you will feel comfortable with. To give you another example, I had a client in a hospital bed where the doctor approved a massage session but strictly no oil or lotion. The doctor said not touching the client would be preferred due to potential allergy triggers. The massage session was performed with the client fully covered under the sheet at all times. The feedback from the client was that it was the best massage ever. The importance of communicating with your massage therapist is key so feel free to ask any questions right before your session.
What can I expect from a mobile massage therapy session?
Over the years, the feedback from clients comparing a mobile massage therapy session versus the traditional way of driving to a location has been very positive. All the equipment needed including the massage table, sheets, lotions or oils and ambiance music is brought to your location. At the end of the session you can continue with your day more relaxed, in tune with your body and mind.
How about if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We kindly ask clients to reschedule 24 hours before their appointment. Cancellation fees will apply to appointments cancelled less than a 24 hour window. A cancelled appointment is not likely to be refilled so we ask for your understanding. Cancellation fees are the cost of the appointment scheduled total.
